Finally made it to Perth. We had drinks with new neighbours last night at Dongara camp & they recommended, what they considered to be the best park in Perth. We are now in that park & I do believe it is the best park we have ever seen. I will elaborate on that in the next post.
Today we took the scenic coast road to Perth, having many stops along the way, as this is the wild flower region & it is right in the middle of the season.
We saw a lot, whole hillsides of purple or white or yellow blooms. The problem being catching things on camera before you pass them. So we stopped a lot & took many close up pics. So there will be many flower pics on this post. We still did not get anywhere near all of them.
Port Dennison, first stop after leaving Dongara.
Port Dennison.
A couple of big tailed fish under the jetty.
A renovated historic building in Dongara.
Dunes South of Dongara.
Leeman South of Port Dennison.
A heap of white sand.
Some flowers.
Grassy looking stuff.
Some wattle.

Down the scenic coastal rode.
Here's another tough nut.
One of the many islands off Durien Bay.
A zoom shot of the island with some shags or penguins or something.
Durien Bay.
Some other place we went into.
Cervantes.
Cervantes info, easier than writing it myself.
Lunch stop at Cervantes. I fed the greedy sea gulls here.
Beach at Cervantes.
More info stuff.

Looks like you are on the homeward track now - hope all things at home are in good shape. I had a skin cancer removed from the index finger knuckle on my left hand and it hurts like hell! Hope your toenail didn't hurt too much although it looks like it would have been very painful. Take care, Roz
